I wrote a post while ago talking about creating your own luck.

It is about the idea that hardest working people tend to be luckiest.

I love this idea because it of the truth that it holds.

Everybody wants to be lucky, but few people will do what it takes to get lucky.

Entrepreneur & content creator, Alex Hormozi, talks a lot about creating your own luck.

He explains that in order to develop a skill sometimes it just takes pure violence.

If you want to get better at guitar, then practice for 2 hours, 5 times day for a month.

If you were to do that then there is 100% chance that you will be better at guitar by the end of that month.

Volume negates luck.

Once we are able to identify the skill we are looking to develop, then it is just about putting in as many reps as possible.

The hard part is enduring the first thousand reps when “luck” has not arrived yet.

But if you are able to attack those first thousand reps and not worry about the outcome, you will see progress.

It does not matter if it cold calling, learning a instrument, or evening trying to more positive.

Violent volume towards a specific direction will yield progression.

Go out and make a difference.
