Movement Creates Change
There are seasons of life that make you feel stuck.
Like working a dead end job, battling the unemployment market, frustration within your home or maybe even just the mononity of feeling like you are living the same day over and over again.
What is the best way to get out of this rut?
Start moving.
I bet there is some bro-science explanation on why this is effective but I will spare you my attempt in trying to explain it.
Instead, you should try it out for yourself.
The best part is that it is beyond simple to implement today.
All you have to do is start moving.
This can be a walk, opening up a book, putting your running shoes on etc.

If you want change then start moving.
This applies to more than just the physical, although moving your physical body is of a great benefit.
The only thing we know for sure is that if we do not move, we will not change.
So if you want the change, then start moving.
You are the only one you are waiting on.
Go out and move. Go out and make a difference.
