Psychology Today estimates that the average human makes around 35,000 decisions a day.
That is around 1,500 decisions an hour. From conscious intentional decisions to unconscious automatic decisions.
These are the everyday big and small choices we make.
Another way of thinking about this is by calling these decisions, votes.
When you vote for something, you are staking your name in declaration for something you want.
And every decision we make is a vote.
You can only vote for two outcomes:
A better version of yourself or a worse version of yourself.
Where are your 35,000 votes a day going?
We are casting our votes in favor of our future.
"Decide the type of person you want to be. Prove it to yourself with small wins."
